About The Position

Evolve Bank & Trust is a best-in-class financial technology solutions institution. We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Coordinator. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, the ideal candidate will lead, develop, and support digital marketing projects, campaigns, and programs that drive business results and grow the Evolve brand.  The Digital Marketing Coordinator is a creative professional with a proven record to create, implement and measure strategic digital marketing campaigns. The candidate should be an expert in paid, owned, social and earned strategies, and have specific experience with community management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, Media or similar major required.
  • Five+ years of digital marketing management experience or agency experience with a portfolio showcasing a breadth of work and quantifiable results. This is not an entry level position.
  • Experience managing website, email marketing systems, lead-generation campaigns and social media channels.
  • Experience with content managements systems such as WordPress.
  • Experience with social media management systems such as Khoros, Hoosuite, Sprklr, Sprout Social.
  • Experience with Google Marketing Platform (Analytics, Data Studio, Search Ads/Display 360, Tag Manager, etc).
  • Proficient using Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and various reporting dashboards.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate creative ideas, shape stories, create lead-generating campaigns with compelling assets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute and manage digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Optimize performance of a digital media mix comprised of PPC/paid search, paid social, retargeting, and display media campaigns.
  • Design and implement overall social media strategy and strategic programs for LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, anticipating and integrating relevant trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to design and optimize high-impact digital marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with vendors on planning and execution of larger-scale marketing campaigns when appropriate.
  • Build out and strengthen web content sections to improve SEO performance and user experience.
  • Use dashboards and other reporting sources to proactively analyze performance trends to identify, communicate, and capitalize on digital marketing performance opportunities across platforms, audiences, creative, and technologies.
  • Continually grow understanding and knowledge of the ever-changing digital landscape, our company’s business and our competitive environment; develop proactive opportunities within social and digital media for our brand.
  • Collaborate with CRM team to accurately market to appropriate audiences.
  • Other duties as assigned.
