About The Position

Defined Fitness is seeking a driven and creative Digital Marketing Coordinator to lead the charge in telling our story across all digital platforms. You’ll be responsible for content creation, social media management, event marketing, and digital campaigns that strengthen our brand and drive engagement. With a bold voice and a passion for fitness, you’ll bring energy, innovation, and precision to everything you produce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Media, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience
  • Operational knowledge of videography and photography equipment
  • Proven expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong skills in Adobe Premiere
  • Proficient in social media platforms and digital tools including Meta Business Suite, Meta Ad Manager, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms (e.g., Gym Sales)
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to engage in public outreach
  • Experience in content creation, campaign planning, and event execution
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Self-starter with strong creative instincts and attention to detail
  • Valid New Mexico driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to work onsite or remotely as needed

Responsibilities

  • Own and amplify the Defined Fitness brand across all digital platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and our internal communications platform.
  • Create and manage compelling content—photos, videos, graphics, copy—for web, email, social media, digital ads, and the Defined Fitness App
  • Develop and execute digital marketing calendars and content strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Plan, promote, and execute events that enhance member engagement and brand visibility
  • Manage all social media accounts, respond to messages and comments, and foster active online communities
  • Oversee digital advertising campaigns—develop creative, monitor performance, and optimize for ROI
  • Track and report on KPIs including engagement, traffic, SEO, conversions, app downloads, and campaign effectiveness
  • Manage website content updates through a CMS and ensure SEO best practices are implemented
  • Build and launch email and SMS campaigns that connect with current and potential members
  • Monitor and manage online brand reputation across review platforms (Google, Yelp, etc.)
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure brand consistency across all channels
  • Support marketing initiatives with print, digital, and in-club collateral development
