About The Position

Anchor Home is seeking a creative and motivated Digital Marketing & Content Creation Intern to support internal and external marketing efforts. The role offers hands-on experience contributing to a variety of marketing projects and supporting the planning and execution of key initiatives. The intern will create content and marketing materials, assist with presentations, and support general marketing and administrative work. The position is in person in Timonium, Maryland, with a Monday–Friday schedule and pay of $17 per hour.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or currently working toward a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• Passion for content creation and bringing ideas to life through digital media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage email marketing campaigns.
• Develop and publish content across social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Design and distribute monthly newsletters.
• Use Canva and CapCut to create visual and video content.
• Repurpose existing content to communicate Anchor Home’s mission, values, and impact.
• Assist in preparing presentation materials and slide decks for leadership and team members.
• Design branded graphics and marketing materials for campaigns and initiatives.
• Support general marketing projects and administrative tasks as needed.
