The Digital Content Creation Intern will support the Training department by transforming technical training materials into engaging, accessible digital learning experiences. This role involves collaborating with technical instructors and other departments to modernize learning paths, starting with the Crawler curriculum and supporting the development of CCS 2.0. The intern will review, outline, and divide existing technical content into concise learning sections, organize and label digital training materials for easy technician access, and create/improve content using digital and AI-assisted tools. Responsibilities also include uploading and maintaining content in the learning management system (LMS), using language-translation tools for multilingual accessibility, standardizing training content across facilities, collaborating with instructors for accuracy, and using engineering tools like Crane'sViewer for interactive simulations. The intern will also explore virtual reality, video, and other digital formats for skill practice, converting approximately one week of course content into a new digital format every three weeks, and supporting additional training initiatives and special projects.
