About The Position

The Pratt and Whitney internship program provides valuable exposure to digital technology skills, disciplines, and functions. The candidate will work closely with a Digital Technology team to deliver real results in the areas of business, technology, and process/project management. The candidate will be responsible for delivering successful digital technology solutions for business-critical projects in one of the following digital function areas: Cybersecurity & Risk Management, Data Science & Analytics, Enterprise Business Systems, Infrastructure Services, Product Management, Software Development, User Experience Design.

Requirements

Must be pursuing a bachelor's or advanced degree program in Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems or other Information Technology concentration and actively enrolled through completion of the internship.
Experience with data analytics or general IT infrastructure.
Minimum GPA of 3.0
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Experience may be obtained through on-the-job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

Nice To Haves

Prior RTX internship, co-op, or work experience.
Proactive and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a consistent record of collaboration, innovation, and initiative
Preferred strong technical skills in design, development, big data/analytics, infrastructure, IT/Cybersecurity, etc.
