Requirements

A genuine interest in contemporary art and David Zwirner’s program
Excellent attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong time management, diligence, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Must be a resident of NY, NJ, or CT.

Nice To Haves

One previous art industry internship preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist the Client Development team in entering information in the database, updating existing records, creating new records, and supporting the Sales team with research projects.
Work alongside the Digital Marketing and Client Development teams to collaborate on data and reporting, and present findings to relevant stakeholders.
Utilize various technological platforms to help process inbound messages to the gallery.
Help liaise with the global team of gallery assistants to ensure continuous inbox coverage and best practices.
Join weekly meetings and engage with a broad range of Marketing, Client Development, Digital, and Sales team members.
Assist with ad hoc projects and department needs as assigned.
