As we continue to grow, we are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in driving our brand’s online presence. As a Digital Marketing Assistant at Lepa Life, you will work closely with our marketing team to execute online campaigns, manage social media accounts, and analyze performance metrics. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for digital marketing, a keen eye for detail, and the desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
• Previous experience in digital marketing or related internships is a plus.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, PPC, etc.).
• Manage and update content on Lepa Life’s social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Support the creation and scheduling of email marketing campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO.
• Help design and create visual content (graphics, videos, etc.) for marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new ideas and strategies for growth.
• Assist in managing and updating the company website, ensuring all content is accurate and up-to-date.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
