About The Position
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for monitoring and updating client social media platforms, updating client websites and general office administrative duties. This position requires multitasking, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and good communication and written skills. The role involves regular and sustained attendance and other duties as may be assigned. This is NOT a remote position and requires working on-site in Ponca City, OK.
Requirements
- One or more years’ experience as social medial coordinator or related role
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic data required
- Must be able to use critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Position requires the good communication and written skills
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business field preferred
- Experience working with web design and publisher helpful
Responsibilities
- Oversees social media campaign schedules and pulling KPI data to determine media success
- Understand KPIs and communicate performance to President/CEO
- Collaborate with other design team members to provide attractive and effective campaigns
- Monitor all social media sites and content
- Keep up with social media technologies used in social media
- Understand and use media marketing tools as required
- Do outside sales to potential clients as needed
- Track customer engagement
- Update customers web page design/updates/edits and publishing as needed
- Answer calls and greet customers
- Assist with general office administrative duties
- Assist with entering and tracking help desk reporting
