About The Position

The Digital Marketing & Analytics Specialist is responsible for performing digital marketing & analytics-related duties on a professional level in various functional areas, including assisting in delivering value and performance of the organization’s brand, services, digital marketing initiatives, and programs.

Requirements

  • Possesses specific advanced knowledge and skills, including written and verbal communication skills, computational, computer and technical skills, and mathematical knowledge frequently acquired through the completion of a Bachelor’s degree with a recognized major or comparable experience.
  • A combination of relevant experience and completion of a high school diploma with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5, or General Educational Development (GED) with a minimum overall score of 162.5, and healthcare-related knowledge frequently acquired through completion of a trade school, para-professional, or certificate-type program.
  • Two years of progressive responsibility in functional areas of Marketing and Digital Analytics.
  • Administrative knowledge of marketing technologies, advanced knowledge of all social media platforms and data analytics, and advanced knowledge of Google Business Listings, Google Reviews, and spreadsheets.
  • Ability to create highly complex documents in Microsoft Word, including linking multiple files and embedding objects linked to other documents.
  • Ability to use advanced functions of Microsoft Excel, such as to create and manage databases, including creating standardized reports, or link multiple worksheets and workbooks.
  • Ability to develop sophisticated presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint, including the use of embedded objects, transitions and other elements.
  • Advanced knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva required.
  • Valid CA driver’s license.
  • Job duties require compiling and analyzing information prepared in effective written form, including correspondence, reports, articles or other documentation.
  • Duties require preparation and execution of presentations to large groups.
  • Effectively conveys technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Regularly required to sit and use repetitive hand movement to type and grasp.
  • Frequently required to stand or walk.
  • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
  • Dependent upon assignment, the employee may be required to travel across multiple sites.

Nice To Haves

  • If an individual has completed a degree at a higher level than required by the role and had a stronger GPA in that program, they may provide proof of GPA from that degree in lieu of the high school diploma or Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting research and reporting on analytics related to digital marketing trends.
  • Conducting research and reporting on competition in the marketplace for strategic benchmarking.
  • Conducting research and reporting on analytics for all digital marketing platforms, including but not limited to social media platforms, Google Business Profiles, LocaliQ Agency Digital Advertising, website data, etc.
  • Reporting digital advertising performance metrics and recommending messaging realignment on underperforming marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Creation of multiple digital ad sizes and formatting for paid digital display ads, social media ads, OTT ads, etc.
  • Producing and editing reels and video shorts to be used on multiple media platforms to increase reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Production and publicizing of social media stories.
  • Making recommendations to the Marketing & Communications Manager based on analytics and data metrics, resulting in the execution of high-performing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Reviewing social media accounts daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually to ensure functionality and accuracy and recommend any needs for adapting paid advertising.
  • Identifying underperforming digital campaigns and making recommendations for realigning initiatives for high-performing content.
  • Managing strategic social media output.
  • Managing the social media scheduling platform.
  • Building strategic digital campaigns and initiatives and coordinating with Graphic Designer, LocaliQ Agency, and all affected contributors.
  • Elevating social media presence by engaging with our profiles and post comments, and sharing relatable non-FHCN generated posts and pages.
  • Engaging with all social media comments by responding, liking, and/or seeking additional feedback.
  • Tracking and engaging with non-FHCN-generated content that FHCN may be tagged in or included in.
  • Ensuring optimal functionality of the FHCN website and patient user experience (UX).
  • Tracking ADA compliance, making policy updates, and ensuring the website is compliant using the Monsido platform and following the standards of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) AA.
  • Tracking and implementing SEO edits and content to optimize website traffic and engagement.
  • Acting as liaison with FHCN’s webmaster to make all edits and updates to FHCN’s website.
  • Maintaining accuracy of FHCN hours, services, and special programs through various platforms.
  • Updates content, news, and press releases, including hours of operation on FHCN’s website.
  • Ensures Google listings are current with expansions of new services and health centers.
  • Updates Company monitors to promote internal marketing strategies and employee engagement.
  • Maintains accurate listings of signage at health centers and conducts walk-throughs.
  • Adhering to the Attendance and Absenteeism Policy, recognizing that regular attendance is considered an essential function of all FHCN positions.
  • Ability to present to and work at any FHCN location, both at the beginning of a shift or during a shift, based on business need.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
