About The Position

We are seeking a self-starting, quantitative, and resourceful digital marketer to assist in the development and optimization of our marketing campaigns, with a particular focus on our paid search marketing channel. This role will play a key part in advancing the strategy of our Digital Leads program within our Private Wealth Management business. Your work will support the acquisition of qualified ultra-high net worth prospects for our business by partnering with Marketing, Product, and Analytics team members as well as our external digital marketing agency to grow and optimize different marketing channels. You’ll work with teammates across the world to help expand our strategy to key international markets.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of digital marketing experience, with a focus on paid acquisition marketing channels.
  • Proficiency in Google Adwords, Search Ads 360, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or other digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical and critical thinking skills. Must have ability to analyze large data sets, identify performance trends, and develop creative solutions to act upon them.
  • Maintain a growth marketing mindset – constantly seeking to uncover opportunities to drive revenue and optimize advertising spend.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills. You can effectively translate complex information into clear, business-oriented insights for executive leaders.
  • Comfortable utilizing AI tools and leveraging them for daily marketing work.
  • Curious about wealth management concepts and financial markets.
  • Ability to effectively manage complex and/or multiple projects to completion on time autonomously.
  • Persistent and tenacious, with ability to deal with ambiguity. Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Team first attitude, you work well with others.

Responsibilities

  • Work with paid search and broader marketing team to develop and execute effective paid search campaigns, from planning, development, legal & compliance approvals, execution, optimization and reporting.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis, copy development, bid strategy, and budget allocation.
  • Review campaign performance on daily, weekly, and monthly basis; develop reporting dashboards and conduct deep dive analysis as needed.
  • Manage, allocate, and forecast monthly/annual ad spend efficiently across multiple campaigns and platforms.
  • Communicate performance insights to Marketing team leadership – keeping them informed of market level trends.
  • Develop and own testing plan and scale new learnings to improve campaign performance across the account.
  • Work collaboratively with broader Marketing, Business, Website, Analytics, and Legal & Compliance teams.
  • Help manage the relationship with our digital marketing agency, collaborating with them to execute on initiatives aimed at driving growth for our business.
