Role Overview The Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on marketing performance across channels to support data-driven decision-making and business growth. This role partners closely with Marketing, Ecommerce, Finance, Product Development, and other cross-functional teams to identify trends, measure performance, and provide actionable insights that improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about using data to solve problems. They thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy translating complex information into meaningful business recommendations.
