About The Position

As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you are the strategic architect and primary advocate for our clients' digital growth. This is a high-level orchestration role where you bridge the gap between client business goals and technical execution. You will lead a specialized team of experts in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Web Development to deliver integrated, high-performance campaigns. You are not just a "messenger"; you are a bilingual translator who can speak "Business ROI" to clients and "Technical Specs" to developers.

Requirements

  • Understand technical "lever" to lead specialists, including how web design choices affect SEO or how landing page load speed impacts Google Ads Quality Score.
  • Understand Attribution Modeling to defend the value of "Awareness" campaigns (Meta/YouTube) even when the final click comes from "Branded Search" (Google).
  • Ability to spot gaps (e.g., an SEO client with a high-traffic blog but no Marketing Automation) and pitch solutions effectively.
  • Ability to keep up with a fast-paced environment and work in a team setting.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Integrated Marketing (IMC) as a Conductor.
  • Knowledge of UX & Web Design Theory as a Strategist.
  • Knowledge of Search Theory (SEO/SEM) as an Architect.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, moving beyond "task-taking" to provide proactive business consulting.
  • Design cohesive marketing funnels where Meta Ads drive awareness, Google Ads capture intent, SEO builds long-term authority, and the Website converts traffic.
  • Navigate the delicate balance between aggressive growth targets and realistic technical timelines.
  • Translate client visions into high-quality briefs for SEO specialists, media buyers, and web developers.
  • Review ad copy, keyword strategies, and website wireframes to ensure they align with the client’s brand voice and conversion goals before they go live.
  • Oversee website design and development projects, ensuring that new builds are optimized for both user experience (UX) and search engine performance (SEO) from day one.
  • Use GA4, Looker Studio, and CRM data to move beyond basic reporting, explaining why conversion rates dropped and providing data-backed pivot strategies.
  • Manage and optimize significant monthly ad spends across Google and Meta, ensuring maximum Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Contribute to the brainstorming, creative direction, and execution of content for client accounts.
