About The Position

DirectClicks is hiring a Digital Marketing Account Manager to support client relationships, campaign coordination, and long-term account growth initiatives. This role works closely with internal marketing teams and clients to help ensure campaigns are organized, communicated effectively, and moving forward successfully. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced digital marketing environment. This position is part of our ongoing growth and talent pipeline efforts as we continue building our future account management team.

Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment

  • Experience in account management, customer success, marketing, sales support, or client services preferred
  • Digital marketing knowledge or agency experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage communication and relationship support for client accounts
  • Coordinate campaign updates and project timelines with internal teams
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining account organization
  • Help identify opportunities for account growth and improved client experience
  • Support reporting, scheduling, and follow-up communication
  • Collaborate with marketing, SEO, and operations teams to ensure campaign execution
  • Maintain professionalism and responsiveness in client interactions
