This job is responsible for owning the end-to-end delivery and health of key digital capabilities or processes. Key responsibilities include translating business requirements into digital requirements and acceptance criteria, partnering with designers to develop client journeys, refining scope in collaboration with Technology teams, guaranteeing quality through business acceptance testing, and ensuring successful go-to-market. Job expectations include leveraging subject matter expertise and digital acumen to define and deliver solutions that solve business problems. Candidate will support the Consumer, Investments and Retirement Digital team with a large-scale initiatives and small enhancements geared toward optimizing our overall platform. The candidate will lead and manage advice, planning and retirement projects geared toward providing our clients with a seamless, personalized experience and innovative digital offerings.
