Translates goals into quarterly plans and work packages, runs the business rhythm for assigned areas, engineers and rolls out processes, and drives cross‑functional execution to measurable outcomes. Serves as the engagement lead for specific initiatives and processes, ensuring clarity, speed, and follow‑through

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years in strategy/operations/PMO or consulting with hands‑on experience in process design, program execution, and performance management
  • Working knowledge of enterprise technology stacks and data practices; comfortable specifying reporting needs and using AI‑enabled tooling to streamline operations
  • Experience coordinating multi‑team initiatives and partnering with Finance/Procurement on cost and performance levers
  • Structured, data‑driven problem solver; turns ambiguity into clear plans and owner‑level commitments
  • Operator’s mindset—cadence, follow‑through, and visible progress
  • Strong facilitation and crisp written materials; simplifies complex topics for decision
  • Standards guardian with change‑enablement muscle; elevates ways of working across teams
  • Bias to action; anticipates risks and drives timely escalation

Responsibilities

  • Stewarding and Operationalizing DIO’s Strategy
  • Build quarterly/annual plans and Goals | KPI packages from strategic DIO priorities; align owners, milestones, and measures
  • Prepare and run reviews (content, insights, risk flags); maintain the integrated tracker for assigned scope
  • Partner with D&A to specify reporting needs; validate data quality and drive actions from insights
  • Engineering End‑to‑End Processes
  • Map current state, analyze gaps, and draft future‑state designs and requirements for priority processes
  • Pilot, enable, and roll out processes; document “what good looks like,” guard standards, and gather feedback to refine
  • Define process‑level KPIs/ROI and operate the closed‑loop—measure, learn, and improve
  • Driving Operationalization of Major Initiatives & Cross‑functional Programs
  • Convert initiatives into structured work plans with scope, deliverables, owners, and timelines; manage sequencing and interlocks
  • Run the governance cadence (agendas, materials, decisions, follow‑through) and keep a single view of risks and dependencies
  • Ensure initiative activation across impacted teams—expectations clear, decisions timely, issues escalated early
  • Track Budget, SG&A, and OPM Performance
  • Operate the day‑to‑day drumbeat for assigned cost/efficiency projects; track benefits, quantify variances, and propose corrective actions
  • Partner with Finance/Procurement on data pulls, spend analyses, and opportunities to optimize
  • Surface risks early and drive owner‑level accountability to hit targets
