About The Position

The Digital Leadership Development Program (DLDP) Associate position at GE Appliances is a key entry point for IT professionals, designed to attract high-potential candidates looking to develop their technology abilities and business acumen. Requirements

Bachelors or better in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Management or related field
Graduation date of May 2026, August 2026, December 2026, or May 2027
3.0+ Cumulative GPA (On a 4.0 scale)
Unrestricted Work Authorization now and in the future

Application development (Web, client server, standalone, mobile) utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Systems management and optimization
Business process re-engineering
Infrastructure management and environmental design/build out
Security/controllership
