Digital Image Specialist
About The Position
Careerflow Human Data Labs partners with AI companies to bring real-world professional expertise into their products. The company is seeking creative, detail-oriented digital imaging specialists, digital artists, and 3D artists to create high-quality stylized assets from briefs and references. The project is remote and lasts 12 weeks, with up to 40 hours of work per week; part-time artists working up to 20 hours per week are also welcome. The work is paid in USD and starts after portfolio approval and onboarding. Applicants must be located in one of the listed countries: Bangladesh, Brazil, Colombia, Egypt, Ghana, India, Pakistan, Indonesia, Turkey, or Vietnam.
Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing stylized 3D work and material exploration.
- Proficiency in Blender, ZBrush, Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D.
- Familiarity with relevant plugins and scripts.
- Understanding of NPR workflows, visual storytelling, and asset optimization.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities
- Create stylized 3D models and digital assets.
- Work with low-poly, voxel, handcrafted, and material-driven styles.
- Recreate textures such as clay, fabric, paper, and textiles.
- Apply topology, UV mapping, lighting, shading, and rendering skills.
- Produce consistent variations and optimize assets for production.
- Document workflows and incorporate feedback.
