We are seeking a data-obsessed Growth Marketing Manager to own the full funnel of our digital presence. You will be responsible for how the world finds us—whether through traditional search engines or emerging AI discovery tools—and ensuring that once they land on our site, they stay there. You will bridge the gap between technical SEO, creative landing page design, and deep-dive data analytics.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Growth or Performance Marketing.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Ga4, Search Console, SEMRush/Ahrefs, and landing page builders (e.g., Unbounce, Webflow, or Instapage).
  • Ability to turn raw data into actionable spreadsheets and executive dashboards.
  • Familiarity with how Large Language Models (LLMs) index information and how to optimize for "AI-driven search."
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JS and how they impact site speed and SEO.

Responsibilities

  • Lead SEO strategy (on-page, technical, and backlink) and pioneer our GEO strategy to ensure our brand is cited by AI platforms like Perplexity, Gemini, and ChatGPT.
  • Build, test, and optimize high-converting landing pages. You’ll run A/B tests on everything from headlines to CTA button colors.
  • Manage organic growth channels and oversee (or coordinate) paid traffic campaigns to ensure a healthy ROI.
  • Maintain our tracking stack (Google Analytics 4, GTM, Pixel tracking). You won't just report "what" happened, but "why" it happened and what we should do next.
  • Tailor content and traffic strategies based on geographic performance data to maximize local market penetration.
