About the Role: We are looking for a Digital Growth Engineer who is part growth hacker, data analyst, and digital marketer with a love for the technical aspects that glue it all together. This role is role is a critical component to informing, measuring and contributing to the growth of our ecommerce channel and digital styling initiatives. This individual is part growth hacker, data analyst and digital marketer with a love for the technical aspects that glue it all together. In partnership with our marketing, content and development teams, you’ll connect a focus on customer acquisition, retention and conversion to help optimize our growth, including hacks and tactics for increasing average order size, using email marketing and social networks, and improving SEO. You’ll also bring your data-driven curiosity to measure and report on key metrics and recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in a growth marketing or similar role with hands-on full-cycle experience.
  • Expert-level GTM & Analytics: Proven ability to configure Google Analytics and Tag Manager in a Shopify-centric environment.
  • Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and integration.
  • Growth Tools: Experience using tools like Klaviyo, Ahrefs, BigQuery and A/B testing tools to analyze and suggest site improvements.
  • Strategic Mindset: Experienced in leveraging buyer intent signals and "outside the box" hyper-growth strategies to prospect and retain customers.

Responsibilities

  • Performance Analytics & Dashboards: Deliver monthly performance analytics and build automated dashboards (using tools like Google Data Studio or PowerBI) to track and report on key metrics.
  • Advanced Data Integration: Use Python, SQL, or similar development tools to extract, transform, and integrate internal data with third-party services and partners.
  • Deep-Funnel Attribution: Implement and manage attribution models to track performance across paid and organic channels, potentially leveraging BigQuery to join marketing data with internal sales data to track ROI to the last dollar.
  • Technical SEO Automation: Partner with ecommerce teams to suggest onsite SEO improvements, utilizing automated scraping or data libraries (Numpy, Pandas) to identify growth opportunities and analyze competitor intent signals.
  • Full-Cycle Experimentation: Execute growth tactics and measurement through rigorous A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Tag & Pixel Management: Configure and manage Google Tag Manager to handle marketing pixels and complex code integrations across multiple environments.
  • Predictive Insights: Bring a "data-geek" mentality to analyze Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) and use data-driven curiosity to recommend proactive improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with marketing, content, and development teams to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and average order size.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party technology vendors supporting email, reviews, and user-generated content.
