The Digital Experience Designer is responsible for ensuring Digital Innovation solutions are intuitive, adopted, and deliver value to end users. This role owns the user experience of every digital product the team delivers in partnership with IT, including tools for field operations, project execution, commercial analytics, as well as workflow applications for corporate teams. The designer applies user research, interaction design, and visual design discipline to create interfaces that feel intuitive, reduce cognitive load, and earn user trust. This position is ideal for someone who views design as a problem-solving discipline rather than a styling exercise. The successful candidate is energized by observing users in their real work environment and is equally comfortable engaging with field operations employees as they are with senior leadership. They bring a strong portfolio, a pragmatic approach to iteration, and the ability to advocate for user-centered design without slowing delivery.
