The role requires a Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or equivalent experience, and preferred experience with CRM or digital engagement (internships acceptable), digital media, Salesforce, or analytics. Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a comparable ESP, strong attention to detail, a QA mindset, and a foundational understanding of data privacy and HIPAA-aligned communication practices are also required. The role will work Monday through Friday during standard daylight hours with a hybrid schedule, requiring two days in the office.
