About The Position

A Digital Engagement Manager develops and executes strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and traic across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and email marketing. They create content, manage communities, analyze performance data, and collaborate with teams to support broader business goals.

Requirements

  • Profciency in major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and content creation skills.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buer, Sprout Social).
  • Ability to interpret data and turn insights into strategy.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Social Media Strategy — Build and execute strategies aligned with business objectives to grow engagement and reach.
  • Content Creation & Curation — Produce platform-specifc posts, graphics, videos, and stories that resonate with target audiences.
  • Email Marketing Campaigns — Plan, create, and execute targeted email campaigns, including newsletters and automated workfows.
  • Account Management — Manage and optimize daily posting schedules across multiple platforms.
  • Community Engagement — Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to build strong audience relationships.
  • Analytics & Reporting — Track KPIs, analyze performance, and provide insights to improve campaigns.
  • Trend Monitoring — Stay updated on trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to keep content relevant.
  • Paid Campaign Support — Assist in planning and optimizing paid social campaigns. (Supported by general role descriptions.)
  • Cross-Team Collaboration — Work with marketing, design, and product teams to align messaging and campaigns.
