About The Position

Synthesia is seeking a highly skilled and creative Mid-weight Designer to join their Customer Services Content Creation Team. This role is crucial in empowering everyone to create video content without cameras, microphones, or studios. The designer will be responsible for crafting corporate templates and using their skills for bespoke visual storytelling. The position requires a hands-on individual with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality solutions. The Customer Services Content Creation Team is central to the business, developing new products that enable large companies to create video within their browser.

Requirements

Proven 4+ years of design experience with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality work.
Creative mindset with strong multitasking abilities.
Passion for motion graphics, branding, and typography.
Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Intermediate knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro.
Strong organisational skills.
Support a quiet ego mentality and being at ease with team members updating your work.

Nice To Haves

Experience in presentation design is a plus.

Lead end-to-end project execution, from concepting to delivery.
