Walker Tape® is seeking a talented Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join its creative and marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess over 4 years of experience in print, digital, and packaging design, demonstrating adaptability across multiple design platforms.

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of professional graphic design experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
A great eye for detail and a passion for creative design.
A willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Nice To Haves

Experience in product or packaging design is a plus.
Experience working with photography (editing, color adjustments, etc.)
Knowledge of typography, color theory, and design principles.
Strong understanding of print production processes.

Responsibilities

Create visually stunning graphics for product packaging, marketing materials, and digital content.
Develop design concepts that align with brand strategy and identity.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to produce high-quality designs for print and web.
Revise designs based on feedback to ensure company satisfaction and design consistency.
Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Stay up to date with design trends and software to continually improve creative output.
Leverage AI tools and project management systems to streamline workflow and uphold processes.
