The Digital Designer will collaborate with the D&D studio and D&D Beyond digital teams to support visual consistency and innovation across platforms. The role creates graphic design elements, style guides, and layouts that reflect D&D’s visual identity while serving digital experiences across owned intellectual property and third-party partnership projects. The designer partners with Content Specialists and the UI/UX team to inform design decisions and provide creative direction aligned with the D&D brand. The position develops design systems that adapt across print and digital formats, maintains technical documentation for asset specifications, file organization, and workflows in collaboration with D&D production, and works with engineering teams to optimize asset delivery and implementation. The designer also serves as a resource for questions about asset optimization and delivery. This is a temporary, six-month assignment with the possibility of extension up to one year. The worker will be employed by Workwell as a W-2 employee, not by Wizards of the Coast or Hasbro. The hybrid role requires three days per week in the Renton, Washington office and is open to candidates within commuting distance. The hourly pay range is $45–$55. U.S. temporary-worker benefits offered by Workwell include medical, dental, and vision coverage; paid time off; holiday pay; a health savings account; an employee assistance program; a 401(k) retirement plan; and paid sick leave, which may vary by location.
