Tuff Shed is recruiting a Digital Service Delivery Manager to join their team. This role is located at their National Support Center in south metro Denver. This role will be responsible for leading and maturing the Project Management Office (PMO) and IT Billing functions, ensuring disciplined delivery, strong governance, and operational excellence across digital initiatives. This role is accountable for establishing and maintaining standards for project intake, prioritization, execution, status reporting, and financial coordination while improving the overall digital experience for Tuff Shed, Inc.’s team members and customers. This is a key role leading cross-functional initiatives, building PMO capabilities, driving executive visibility into project health and portfolio performance, and strengthening the IT billing processes from contract and procurement through invoice validation and payment coordination.
