About The Position

Manager, IT Delivery is responsible for delivering software releases relating to the product for the business units. This role works with business clients to determine scope and develop environmental requirements for each project. The Manager, IT Delivery works closely with management to develop and implement staffing and operational plans, participates in the development of short- and long-term department goals, and monitors and reports on service delivery metrics and overall performance. This role develops and implements changes to department policies and procedures to meet changing business needs and to achieve department objectives, identifies opportunities for continuous improvement, and leads quality initiatives to improve the delivery of service levels. The Manager, IT Delivery works with senior management in the planning, development, and execution of short- and long-range goals, presents status, metrics, and department initiatives at meetings with management and project peers, and maintains relationships with technical teams, IT, and business partners. This role also participates in the development of the department budget, reviews expenses and ensures the department operates within budgetary guidelines, and ensures staff complies with information technology and information security policies and procedures and verifies that deliverables meet requirements. The Manager, IT Delivery participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum of eight years related work experience, with at least five years of project management experience.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Minimum 2 years of formal leadership experience, including direct management of technology teams.
Experience leading technology teams through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including planning, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Proven experience developing technology roadmaps, managing stakeholder relationships, and communicating effectively with both technical and business partners.
Experience delivering technology products or platforms utilizing two or more of the following: AWS cloud technologies, Machine Learning Engineering, Data Engineering, or Data Analytics.
Experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives within Agile development environments.
Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver complex technology solutions involving multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and business objectives.

Experience managing cross-functional technology teams in Agile environments.
Experience working with cloud-based analytics, data, or machine learning solutions.
