About The Position

This role is responsible for delivering software releases related to the product for business units. The Manager, IT Delivery will work with business clients to determine scope and develop environmental requirements for each project. This position will also work closely with management to develop and implement staffing and operational plans, and participate in the development of short- and long-term department goals. The role involves monitoring and reporting on service delivery metrics and overall performance, as well as developing and implementing changes to department policies and procedures to meet changing business needs and achieve department objectives. Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and leading quality initiatives to improve the delivery of service levels are key aspects of this role. The Manager, IT Delivery will also work with senior management in the planning, development, and execution of short- and long-range goals, and present status, metrics, and department initiatives at meetings with management and project peers. Maintaining relationships with technical teams, IT, and business partners is crucial. Additionally, the role involves participating in the development of the department budget, reviewing expenses, and ensuring the department operates within budgetary guidelines. The Manager, IT Delivery will ensure staff complies with information technology and information security policies and procedures, and verifies that deliverables meet requirements. Participation in special projects and performance of other duties as assigned are also part of the responsibilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of eight years related work experience, with at least five years of project management experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of formal leadership experience, including direct management of technology teams.
• Experience leading technology teams through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including planning, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Proven experience developing technology roadmaps, managing stakeholder relationships, and communicating effectively with both technical and business partners.
• Experience delivering technology products or platforms utilizing two or more of the following: AWS cloud technologies, Machine Learning Engineering, Data Engineering, or Data Analytics.
• Experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives within Agile development environments.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver complex technology solutions involving multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and business objectives.

• Experience working with cloud-based analytics, data, or machine learning solutions.

Responsibilities
