About The Position

The Digital Delivery Director identifies and evaluates fundamental issues, providing strategy and direction for a cross-functional team responsible for designing, planning, building and supporting a portfolio of global websites, applications, and mobile apps. The incumbent implements company-wide practices to ensure alignment of the portfolio, initiatives, and technical roadmap to the multi-year digital strategy. They provide strategy, vision and direction to ensure successful digital experiences for customers around the globe. The Digital Delivery Director will lead a delivery team focused on point of sale (POS) development across 5,000 retail stores in North America and Latin America. This role is also accountable for delivering innovative POS solutions that enhance customer experience, streamline store operations, and support business growth. This technology leader will be responsible for driving the architecture, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance solutions. The Digital Delivery Director will lead a team of engineers and collaborate closely with product, UX, and business stakeholders to ensure quality, reliability, and consistency across all retail touchpoints. This position is not hybrid/remote and will be located at our Cleveland Headquarters office.
