About The Position

We are looking for someone who can transform complex software topics into strong content using a camera, state-of-the-art tools, and a genuine feel for B2B. You will be independently responsible for our social media channels, produce video and image content, and use AI and automation as a real lever to be faster and more competitive than others. For you, placement is just as much a part of the job as production: you consider reach and impact from the outset and ensure that our content reaches the right channels and platforms – whether it's our own presences, external platforms, or personal profiles.

Requirements

  • Proven practical experience in cross-channel content placement on own and external channels, as well as in actively building thought leadership
  • Several years of experience in content production, ideally in the B2B software or SaaS environment
  • Routine handling of classic and AI tools in everyday production (video, photo, and audio production) and the drive for continuous learning
  • Independent management of social media profiles, including editorial planning and community management
  • Use of AI and automation tools for social media
  • Expertise in creating high-quality presentations

Nice To Haves

  • Initial experience in podcast production
  • Familiarity with AI-based tools for presentations
  • Use of Social Ads on LinkedIn and/or Meta

Responsibilities

  • Conception, shooting, and editing of product videos, testimonials, and social clips
  • Optimization of video content for SEO and AI-powered search (GEO)
  • Use of AI production tools for efficient, high-quality production
  • Independent management of photo and video productions from A to Z
  • Independent management of our channels (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube) and expert profiles, including an independent editorial plan
  • Content mix of video, text/image, and thought leadership formats – supported by AI and automation tools
  • Community management: responding, moderating, building relationships
  • Production of content that is effective in the B2B buying process: product demos, success stories, and other touchpoints for sales
  • Creative sparring between marketing, sales, and product teams to translate their messages into strong content
  • Creation of high-quality presentations for events and sales using modern tools
