About The Position

The Digital Content Intern will gain hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing in the music industry. Working closely with the marketing team, the intern will develop engaging content to promote artists and the brand across digital platforms.

Requirements

• Passion for music and understanding of digital trends in the music industry.
• Advanced video-editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Advanced knowledge of short-form platforms and social media trends and landscape, including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and proactive mindset.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with social media analytics tools.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Laylo or Mailchimp.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating digital content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Design graphics, short-form videos, and promotional assets for artist releases, events, and campaigns.
• Help manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with fans, and monitoring analytics.
• Support brainstorming creative campaign ideas for upcoming music releases.
• Organize and maintain a digital asset library of photos, videos, and promotional materials.
• Track and report on content performance using analytics tools.
