About The Position

Pinnacle Financial Services is looking for a creative, tech-savvy Digital Content & Multimedia Specialist to join our Marketing team. This is a hands-on position for someone who can take an idea from concept to finished product. One day you may be shooting and editing a video, the next creating social media graphics, building marketing materials, updating website content, or helping develop a digital campaign. The right person will be comfortable working across video, graphic design, social media, and digital marketing and will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of creative projects.

Requirements

• Professional experience in video editing, graphic design, digital content creation, or a related field
• Strong portfolio demonstrating video and graphic design capabilities
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects
• Experience shooting and editing professional-quality video
• Understanding of social media platforms and short-form video content
• Working knowledge of WordPress and visual page-building tools
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Nice To Haves

• Experience with email marketing platforms is a plus
• Experience with AI-powered creative, video, and design tools is a plus

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, edit, and produce professional video content for YouTube, social media, company events, training, podcasts, and presentations
• Create short-form video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Develop motion graphics, animations, titles, and other visual elements
• Repurpose long-form video into short-form digital content
• Design graphics for social media, digital campaigns, websites, events, presentations, and print materials
• Create infographics, promotional materials, advertisements, and other branded content
• Assist with logo and marketing-material development for external agents and partners
• Work with the Marketing team to maintain brand consistency across all channels
• Help manage and grow Pinnacle's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms
• Assist with content planning and social media campaigns
• Monitor engagement and performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve results
• Help develop content designed to increase engagement, followers, video views, and brand awareness
• Update and create content within WordPress
• Assist with landing pages, web graphics, and other digital assets
• Support email marketing campaigns and digital communications as needed
