As our Multimedia Content Creator, you’ll be the visual storyteller behind the OZ brand. You’ll film, edit, photograph, and create digital content that highlights our products, our people, and the work we do. This is an on‑site role —you’ll be in our Winona facility daily, capturing footage, collaborating with our team, and spotting content opportunities as they happen. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager and collaborate across departments to develop and execute projects from concept through completion. You’ll plan shoots, coordinate resources, ask smart questions, and deliver polished, professional content that strengthens our brand across digital platforms. This role offers variety, creativity, and the chance to build something meaningful. No two days look the same—and that’s exactly the fun of it.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional videography, video editing, or digital content experience.
• A strong portfolio or demo reel that shows your storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong videography fundamentals: lighting, audio, shot composition, camera operation.
• Strong editing and post‑production skills.
• Experience creating content for social media, YouTube, and digital platforms.
• Photography experience.
• Clear communication, strong organization, and dependable follow‑through.
• Ability to work independently, ask questions, and take ownership of your projects.
• A proactive, positive, get‑it‑done work style.

Responsibilities

• Film and edit high‑quality videos: product demos, tutorials, brand stories, interviews, event coverage.
• Create digital and social content that showcases our products, applications, and day‑to‑day operations.
• Capture product, application, event, and trade show photography.
• Develop concepts, scripts, storyboards, and shot lists.
• Adapt content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Support website updates, digital marketing initiatives, and basic SEO tasks.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Operations, and leadership to gather accurate information.
• Maintain organized photo, video, and digital asset libraries.
• Manage multiple projects and stay flexible as priorities shift.
