About The Position

Tina’s Burritos, owned by Camino Real Foods, Inc., is the #1 frozen single-serve burrito brand in America. Every day, we produce over one million budget-friendly, great-tasting burritos at our Los Angeles, California manufacturing facility — delivering convenience, flavor, and essential nutrition to consumers nationwide. Our burritos are slow-cooked in kettles to develop rich, satisfying flavor, then flash-frozen to lock in freshness. Since 1984, customers across generations have trusted Tina’s Burritos for quality, value, and accessibility. We are proud to make high-quality food that helps reduce food insecurity while saving people time and money. Tina’s Burritos products are available in frozen and deli sections at grocery, mass, convenience, and foodservice retailers across the United States. Learn more at tinasburritos.com Retail has changed — fast. Products no longer compete only on physical shelves. Increasingly, retailer systems and algorithms determine what shoppers see, what qualifies for fulfillment, and what quietly disappears due to data errors, eligibility issues, or system misalignment. This role exists to protect and operate Tina’s digital shelf infrastructure. The Digital Commerce Operations Manager owns the accuracy, integrity, and readiness of Tina’s product data and digital shelf presence across retail platforms — ensuring products remain visible, eligible, and conversion-ready even when no advertising is running. This is a hands-on execution and systems role, not a marketing strategy or people-management position. This role requires prior hands-on experience supporting grocery or mass-retail digital shelf ecosystems; it is not designed as a training or apprenticeship role.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years’ experience in Ecommerce or retail operations, Digital shelf management, Product data governance, or Marketplace or retail systems.
  • Systems-oriented, detail-driven, and execution-focused.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong written communicator (clear, concise, factual).
  • Curious, adaptable, and comfortable with AI-driven tools.
  • Calm in complexity — you prefer preventing problems to reacting to them.
  • Prior hands-on experience supporting grocery or mass-retail digital shelf ecosystems.

Responsibilities

  • Directly set up, maintain, and correct product listings across retailer ecosystems using platforms such as 1WorldSync / Syndigo and retailer content portals.
  • Ensure alignment across GTINs and case packs, packaging and imagery, attributes and eligibility flags, and nutrition and ingredient data.
  • Own digital shelf accuracy and content completeness.
  • Identify and correct data mismatches, system overwrites, and syndication errors.
  • Verify that fixes are live on retailer product detail pages (PDPs).
  • Maintain GS1-compliant naming and image standards.
  • Maintain and operate a defined 12-KPI Digital Shelf Health Scorecard tracking visibility, availability, conversion readiness, and fulfillment eligibility.
  • Monitor trends and early warning signals.
  • Identify risks before they impact sales.
  • Maintain a simple, trusted dashboard for leadership review.
  • Conduct recurring audits of priority retailer PDPs and monitor search visibility and recommendation presence, same-day / fast-delivery eligibility, customer-facing in-stock signals, and review volume and sentiment shifts.
  • Identify root causes of performance issues.
  • Coordinate fixes with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Track issues through resolution to completion.
  • Translate system-level and algorithmic changes into clear, factual insights for Sales and leadership.
  • Provide system context, not legacy reporting.
  • Help prevent reactionary decisions based on incomplete or misleading data.
  • Align commercial decisions with digital shelf realities.
  • Launch limited retail media campaigns under clearly defined triggers, budgets, and creative guardrails to restore search visibility or rebuild conversion signals after suppression or data disruption.
  • Pause or shut down retail media campaigns once recovery objectives are met.
  • Help keep Tina’s products retail-media ready by maintaining clean, reliable system inputs and ensuring fast activation capability when needed.
  • Support adaptation as AI continues to reshape retail commerce.
