The Digital Commerce Manager role is responsible for end-to-end ownership of our pureplay and quick commerce businesses, driving partnership and marketing across major platforms like DoorDash, UberEats, and Amazon Fresh.

Requirements

  • Experience in the digital commerce space
  • Customer relationship management experience
  • Solid understanding of common FMCG industry performance metrics

Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of quick commerce and pureplay platform relationships
  • Full ownership of quick commerce and pureplay platform performance and retail media investments
  • Support the JBP negotiations for quick commerce and pureplay partners
  • Manage investments across platforms and assess the P&L impacts of your investment strategy
  • Craft strategies that not only deliver against brand and retailer strategies and objectives, but also maximize our growth in a rapidly expanding channel
  • Update leadership regularly on performance KPIs such as share and underlying sales growth
  • Regularly cascade learnings and results across relevant internal stakeholders
