About The Position

Requirements

  • Strong organizational & multitasking skills.
  • Technical proficiency with cataloging software & databases
  • BI (Business Analytics) tools (Phocas)
  • Automation tools (transaction automation – UNFORMS)
  • Analytical skills to interpret performance data.
  • Excellent communication with marketing, sales, purchasing and IT teams.
  • PIM (Product Information Management)
  • ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
  • DAM (Digital Asset Management)
  • E-commerce Platforms & Marketplaces: Kodaris and/or other eCommerce platforms
  • High school diploma or equivalency required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Consolidating and standardizing product data (SKUs, descriptions, attributes, pricing, inventory) from various sources.
  • Distributing consistent, rich product content to e-commerce sites, marketplaces (Amazon, Etsy), and social media.
  • Partnering with Marketing team to add high-quality visuals (images, videos) and detailed information to create compelling product pages.
  • Streamlining workflows for adding new products, updating information, and managing promotions.
  • Using data to understand how catalog content affects sales and customer behavior.
