This role is responsible for delivering best-in-class client service and ensuring strategic and successful execution across our full digital product suite, including podcast, audio, social, video, display media, and custom tactics. The Manager will be responsible for post-sale project management and execution for a book of Podcast and Digital business. This position offers the opportunity to think strategically and support the development of key growth areas for iHeartMedia, partnering with internal teams such as sales, pre-sale development, social, programming, creative production, events, research, ad/pod operations, and inventory management. The role requires extensive cross-team partnership, excellent communication and analytical skills, and strong organizational abilities. A background in the digital media space is essential. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, an entrepreneurial project manager who excels at building relationships with clients and internal teams, and can communicate complex information clearly and effectively. The ability to work independently and collaboratively is crucial, as is meticulous attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
