The Digital Channels Product Manager within RBC Capital Markets U.S. Cash Management team will be responsible for building out and enhancing client channel solutions including the RBC Clear Portal and the backend components. This role involves articulating vision and operational delivery for Channel solutions as part of RBC Clear OKRs, building the strategy & execution plan for RBC Clear Channels, and setting up an overall ecosystem for technical integrations. The Product Manager will co-create a frictionless one-click technical implementation User Experience (UX), actively partner with product organizations and clients to identify implementations’ pain points and execute delivery of those solutions. They will design seamless enterprise solutions for onboarding RBC Clear channels, RFP responses, client presentations/visits, client solution scoping, data formats/mapping testing, integration, and documentation pre- and post-sales. Establishing processes and procedures to scope and solution, and setting up assurance/training/testing programs to ensure successful product implementations are also key responsibilities. The role requires executing day-to-day product management tasks including requirement building, problem resolution, solution research, business analysis, and SDLC lifecycle for development. The Product Manager will serve as the link between client needs and the technical build across Cash Management solutions, and is expected to explore and apply emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance product capabilities and improve client experiences.
