About The Position

This role has been updated and is pivoting away from technical ad ops experience, leaning more towards account/campaign management. The Digital Campaign Manager will be responsible for campaign maintenance, billing, and performance reporting, ensuring that every detail is accounted for in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The role requires hands-on experience with digital external partner tools, specifically Lumina, Mediatools, GCM/DoubleClick Manager (for tags), and Adorama. The ideal candidate is agile, adapts quickly to change, and possesses a keen eye for detail. Availability for consistent work and overlap with East Coast morning/midday hours is essential.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with digital external partner tools.
  • Proficiency in Lumina, Mediatools, GCM/DoubleClick Manager (for tags), and Adorama.
  • Agility and ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
  • Precision and an eagle eye for detail, especially in tag trafficking and billing.
  • Availability for consistent work.
  • Ability to overlap schedule during the early part of the day through midday (ET).

Responsibilities

  • Bi-Weekly Reporting: Provide data dumps of media metrics (spend, impressions, clicks, views) from Datorama to an external Google Sheet.
  • Weekly Pacing Report: Pull pacing data from Datorama and compile client-ready reports with recommendations for shifting spend between partners to address under-pacing.
  • Campaign Launch: Issue Insertion Orders (IOs) to vendors, ensure IOs are signed, and elevate any partner issues with IOs.
  • Creative Taxonomy: Build out placement names following standard taxonomy in Excel.
  • Creative Specs: Request and consolidate creative requirements (specs) from external partners.
  • IO Maintenance: QA signed IOs against current amounts in Vector and update spend by partner/placement when shifts are needed.
  • Google Campaign Manager Status QA: Access reporting in CM360 (DCM) and update the creative matrix to reflect when placements launch. QA that the right creative is running.
  • Pacing & Media Quality: Email vendors who appear to be under-spending or over-spending to flag, ask for context. Check DoubleVerify viewability and fraud, email vendors with high fraud or low viewability. Flag any makegoods needed for fraud or non-viewable impressions from the prior month.
