About The Position

This role has been updated and is pivoting away from technical ad ops experience, leaning more towards account/campaign management. The role involves campaign maintenance, billing, and performance reporting in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The duration is from September to December 31, 2026, with a remote work arrangement requiring availability for East Coast morning/midday overlap. The position is part-time, requiring 10-20 hours per week, with fluctuating hours based on campaign needs. The hourly rate is $45/hr (W2).

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with digital external partner tools, specifically Lumina, Mediatools, GCM/DoubleClick Manager (for tags), and Adorama.
  • Proficiency in specialized tools rather than standard media buying platforms.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and changing environments.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in tag trafficking and billing.
  • Availability for consistent work and ability to overlap schedules during early morning to midday ET.
  • Experience with bi-weekly reporting, including data dumps from Datorama to Google Sheets.
  • Experience with weekly pacing reports, pulling data from Datorama, and compiling client-ready recommendations.
  • Experience issuing IOs to vendors and ensuring they are signed.
  • Experience building out placement names following standard taxonomy.
  • Experience requesting and consolidating creative requirements from external partners.
  • Experience with IO maintenance, QAing IOs against current amounts, and updating spend.
  • Experience accessing reporting in CM360 (DCM).
  • Experience updating a creative matrix.
  • Experience monitoring pacing and media quality with vendors.
  • Experience checking DoubleVerify for viewability and fraud.
  • Experience flagging makegoods.

Responsibilities

  • Perform bi-weekly reporting, including data dumps of media metrics (spend, impressions, clicks, views) from Datorama to an external Google Sheet.
  • Compile weekly pacing reports by pulling pacing data from Datorama and creating client-ready documents with recommendations for shifting spend between partners.
  • Issue Insertion Orders (IOs) to vendors, ensure they are signed, and elevate any partner issues.
  • Build out placement names following standard taxonomy in Excel.
  • Request and consolidate creative requirements (specs) from external partners.
  • Perform IO maintenance by QAing signed IOs against current amounts in Vector and updating spend by partner/placement as needed.
  • Access reporting in CM360 (DCM) for Google Campaign Manager status QA.
  • Update the creative matrix to reflect launched placements and QA that the correct creative is running.
  • Monitor pacing and media quality by emailing vendors regarding under-spending or over-spending.
  • Check DoubleVerify for viewability and fraud, and email vendors with high fraud or low viewability.
  • Flag any makegoods needed for fraud or non-viewable impressions from the prior month.
