What's in it for you: Trane in the Great Lakes Region is hiring a Digital Services Business Development Manager to help accelerate growth in our connected solutions and digital services portfolio. In this role, you will lead regional business development efforts focused on expanding customer adoption of Trane’s digital offerings, including connected services, building automation, analytics, monitoring, and outcome-based service solutions. You will work across sales, service, controls, and account teams to identify opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and position Trane as a trusted partner in helping customers improve building performance, sustainability, reliability, and operational outcomes through digital innovation. This is a highly visible role responsible for driving strategic growth, increasing market penetration, and helping customers unlock greater value from intelligent, connected building solutions across the Great Lakes Region.
