About the position
The Berlin Brands Group is seeking a driven and experienced individual to develop and execute a cohesive branding strategy for their social media and influencer channels. The successful candidate will lead a young social media team in Bratislava and Berlin, focusing on the Klarstein and BBG brands. They will be responsible for translating brand strategies into social media plans, leading creative development and implementation of social media and influencer campaigns, and measuring and reporting on campaign performance. The ideal candidate will have proven working experience with branding, PR, and social media, as well as project management skills and experience leading cross-country teams. Fluency in English and Slovak/German is required.
Responsibilities
- Translate brand strategies into social media plans with measurable milestones
- Lead creative development and implementation of social media and influencer campaigns
- Measure and report performance of your campaigns against their KPIs
- Lead and develop your team. Experience in leading teams and setting up structures in multi-national companies is a big plus
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
- Co-develop a global branding strategy
- Proven working experience with branding, PR, and social media. Preferably, you have 3+ years working experience as Social media manager / Brand strategist / Team lead in a similar role
- Proven ability to develop communication strategies across digital channels and execute global campaigns with large budgets
- Hands-on experience with implementation of campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok
- Sufficient project management skills and feeling comfortable working towards deadlines
- Comfortable working with numbers, metrics, budgets, and spreadsheets
- Experience in leading a cross-country team is a big plus
- You speak and write fluently English and Slovak/German.
