About The Position
This is a full-time position for a Digital Bindery Operator. The role involves operating bindery equipment, performing basic machine maintenance, communicating with other departments, and assisting with packaging. Training will be provided for the first 4-5 weeks on the first shift (5:30 am-2:00 pm), after which the employee will transition to the second shift (2:00 pm-10:00 pm), Monday-Friday, with overtime as required. The pay rate is $15.00/hr with a $1.50 shift differential for the second shift. On-demand pay is also available.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or 6+ months of experience
- Ability to perform simple math
- Ability to use a ruler – both standard and metric
- Basic computer skills
- Previous forklift experience
