About The Position

The Digital Banking Specialist will act as the primary liaison post-sale to ensure the proper setup and training of all new and existing digital banking clients. This role involves completing the setup and ongoing maintenance of all digital banking products and services, researching and troubleshooting customer issues, providing customer training, and supporting team operations in projects and assignments.

Requirements

• 3+ years financial services experience preferred
• Digital banking products/services experience
• Customer service experience
• Payments industry knowledge
• Deposit account servicing experience
• Ability to multi-task
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Well organized
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
