Set up digital banking accounts for retail and small business customers and ensure the customer has what they need to use digital banking. This role supports the mission, vision, and philosophy of the Bank and complies with all organizational policies and procedures and regulatory agencies. The specialist will work reports associated with consumer and small business digital banking, review and perform maintenance on existing digital banking accounts, and assist the customer care team with escalated calls concerning digital banking issues. They will also review and manage new digital banking enrollments, support the opening of new accounts through the online channel, and assist with training new hires and existing team members as needed. The position operates in an office environment within a cubicle, using various computer applications.
