About The Position

The Digital Audience & Growth Manager leads the development and execution of digital audience growth strategies for a specific business vertical within the organization. This role focuses on strengthening the vertical’s digital presence, shaping audience engagement strategies, and supporting revenue growth through partnerships, campaigns, and data-driven digital marketing initiatives. Working in alignment with the company’s broader brand strategy, this role ensures that digital campaigns, messaging, and partnerships effectively support the vertical’s market positioning and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Digital Marketing Strategy: 4+ years of experience managing integrated digital marketing campaigns across organic, paid, and SEO channels.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and a foundational understanding of HTML/CSS.
  • Marketing Automation: Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp.
  • Data Analytics: Proficiency with GA4, Looker Studio, or similar analytics tools to measure campaign performance and inform strategy.
  • Ad Platforms: Experience managing campaigns on platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
  • Content & Design: Strong editorial skills and familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for managing brand assets.
  • You understand how to build and grow digital audiences within a specific market or product vertical.
  • You are curious about the story behind the data and use insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • You enjoy developing collaborative partnerships and campaigns that expand audience reach.
  • You understand how organic content, paid media, and SEO work together to support growth.
  • You communicate insights clearly and translate performance data into actionable recommendations.
  • You contribute to building the processes and workflows that support efficient marketing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Vertical Brand Stewardship: Ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all digital channels for the assigned business vertical, aligned with the company’s overall brand standards.
  • Messaging Development: Develop and maintain messaging frameworks, campaign briefs, and communication guides that support marketing and sales initiatives within the vertical.
  • Market Insights: Monitor market trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to refine messaging and strengthen the vertical’s market presence.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate relationships with relevant brands, influencers, and stakeholders that support audience growth within the vertical.
  • Campaign Collaboration: Develop and execute co-marketing initiatives and partnership campaigns that increase brand visibility and expand audience reach.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the impact of partnership and affiliate initiatives, identifying opportunities to strengthen engagement and revenue contribution.
  • Campaign Strategy: Plan and oversee digital marketing initiatives across organic and paid channels to support audience growth and campaign objectives.
  • Performance Analysis: Track key performance indicators such as engagement, acquisition cost, and conversion performance, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Operational Improvements: Support the development of marketing workflows, processes, and tools that enhance efficiency and scalability within the vertical’s marketing initiatives.
