About The Position

As a Digital Assets Underwriter, you'll be responsible for evaluating and underwriting risks across our specialist portfolio, working closely with brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders to deliver innovative insurance solutions. Requirements

Experience underwriting Financial Lines, Cyber, Professional Liability, or Digital Assets risks.
Strong analytical and commercial underwriting skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Experience using underwriting platforms and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
A proactive mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a genuine passion for innovation.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge or interest in blockchain, cryptocurrency, Web3, or the digital assets ecosystem would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

Underwrite new and renewal business across Relm's specialist product suite, including Management Liability, Professional Liability, Cyber, and Digital Assets risks.
Analyse complex risks and make sound underwriting decisions within authority.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients across the digital assets ecosystem.
Prepare and review quotes, policy documentation, endorsements, and policy schedules.
Monitor submissions and ensure timely responses throughout the underwriting process.
Maintain accurate underwriting records and documentation.
Review underwriting data, market intelligence, and industry developments to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with colleagues across underwriting, claims, actuarial, and operations to deliver exceptional client service.
Contribute to the continued development of Relm's products and underwriting strategy.
