About The Position

Accenture is hiring a Banking & Capital Markets Digital Assets Principal Director within Management Consulting. The role supports the development of digital assets offerings and the delivery of consulting projects, helping financial services clients navigate digital transformation. The position involves advising Accenture and client senior leaders on digital transformation strategies and system investments, and supporting programs spanning strategy development, operating model changes, and technology implementations. The Principal Director will provide expertise in digital assets adoption, ecosystems, and regulation across financial services, including stablecoins, tokenized deposits, tokenized securities, and cryptocurrencies. Work may cover custody solutions and models, regulated-institution use cases and business value, financial-crime ecosystem solutions, and blockchain tradeoffs for regulated financial services. The role also includes managing project planning, budgeting, and execution; developing technology offerings and thought leadership; advising C-suite clients; and originating new business opportunities. Travel may be required up to 80%.

Requirements

At least 12 years of relevant professional services firm experience in technology or management consulting, including broad experience in engagement management and business development.
At least 8 years of digital assets experience leading financial services client engagements or workstreams within or across banking, including payments, and capital markets.
Bachelor's degree.
Ability to operate collaboratively and demonstrate commitment, teamwork, and collaboration in a professional setting.
Demonstrated pattern of self-initiated skill and knowledge development.
Ability to structure problem statements and analysis approaches in an executable manner.

Responsibilities

Advise Accenture and client senior leadership on digital transformation strategies and system investments.
Lead thought leadership efforts across digital assets and build a reputation as an industry thought leader and trusted C-suite advisor.
Support digital assets transformation programs, including strategy development, operating model changes, and technology implementations.
Select, define, implement, or operate digital asset custody solutions or custody models, including qualified custody and sub-custody.
Assess digital asset use cases within regulated financial institutions and map them to tangible business value.
Select, implement, or operate digital-asset financial-crime ecosystem solutions, including transaction monitoring, onboarding, and investigations.
Evaluate differences and tradeoffs among blockchains for regulated financial services use cases.
Manage projects from client buy-in through planning, budgeting, and execution.
Support development of next-generation digital assets technology offerings.
Drive business development and originate new client opportunities.
