About The Position

The Banking & Capital Markets Digital Assets Principal Director will support the development of Accenture’s digital assets offerings and deliver consulting projects for financial services clients. The role advises Accenture and client senior leadership on digital transformation strategies and system investments, and supports digital asset transformation programs encompassing strategy development, operating model changes, and technology implementation. The Principal Director will lead project activities from client buy-in through planning, budgeting, and execution; contribute to thought leadership and next-generation technology offerings; and serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite clients. The role also includes originating new client opportunities and may require travel up to 80% as needed.

Requirements

At least 12 years of relevant professional services firm experience in technology or management consulting, including broad engagement management and business development experience.
At least 8 years of digital assets experience leading financial services client engagements or workstreams within or across banking, including payments, and capital markets.
Bachelor’s degree.
Ability to operate collaboratively and demonstrate commitment, teamwork, and collaboration in a professional setting, military or civilian.
Demonstrated pattern of self-initiated skill and knowledge development.
Ability to structure problem statements and analysis approaches in an executable manner.
Ability to communicate with senior executives and produce polished, clear recommendations and narratives.
Ability to manage engagements or workstreams across quality and financial dimensions.

Responsibilities

Support development of digital assets offerings and delivery of consulting projects.

Support digital asset transformation programs, including strategy development, operating model changes, and technology implementations.
Select, define, implement, or operate digital asset custody solutions and models, including qualified custody and sub-custody.
Assess digital asset use cases within regulated financial institutions and connect them to tangible business value.
Select, implement, or operate digital-asset financial-crime ecosystem solutions, including transaction monitoring, onboarding, and investigations.
Evaluate blockchain differences and tradeoffs for regulated financial services use cases.
Manage all parts of projects, from client buy-in to planning, budgeting, and execution.
Support development of next-generation digital assets technology offerings.
Build a reputation as an industry thought leader and become a trusted advisor to C-suite clients.
Drive business development to originate new client opportunities.
