About The Position

As a Digital Analyst in the Retail team, you will play a key role in shaping the data foundation behind our digital retail platforms. You will be responsible for enabling data-driven decisions across dealer websites and customer journeys, supporting both internal teams and retailers with actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Experience in digital analytics including event or session level tracking, user flows and product behavior analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI.
  • Working knowledge of Python or PySpark or Pandas.
  • Strong SQL skills for raw data exploration, complex queries and large datasets.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities and deal with ambiguity.

Nice To Haves

  • Worked with GA4 data.
  • Understand dataLayer, tracking setup and validation.
  • Know ETL basics and data quality principles.
  • Can optimize queries and aggregations for large datasets.
  • Have hands on experience with machine learning methods.
  • Are comfortable applying practical statistics, including before/after comparisons, assumption checks, and significance testing.
  • Feel confident working with A/B tests, from defining and setting them up to analyzing results and understanding variability and limitations.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor by shaping data strategy, defining tracking needs and delivering insights for decision making.
  • Manage the full analytical workflow from exploring and preparing data to analysing, validating and visualising findings.
  • Work autonomously with the analytics stack such as Power BI, Google Analytics and Databricks.
  • Define business KPIs and measurement frameworks with stakeholders.
  • Analyse product data to understand user behaviour and optimize customer journeys.
  • Build dashboards, deliver KPI reporting and present insights to product teams and stakeholders.
  • Partner with Customer Insights to connect qualitative and quantitative learnings.
